Terribly thought-out app

This app will only let you view the information youve already paid for when its updated, and these updates happen seemingly every couple days. Since you wont be able to download the update when youre off wifi, and youll likely only open the app off wifi because that is its purpose, youll actually never be able to access the information you paid at least 4 dollars for.
